Yes, we offer delivery. Within a 10km radius of Croydon Hills, delivery is free of charge. For locations outside this area, a delivery fee will apply.
Yes the hire price is inclusive of both the equipment set-up and pack-down.
Collection can be arranged depending on the equipment hired. Please note that some items are best set up by someone experienced to ensure they are operated safely and correctly.
For items hired from Eastern Party Hire, the typical hire period runs from Friday to Sunday. Longer hire periods can also be arranged upon request at an additional fee.
At this stage, we accept cash, bank transfer, and PayID.

Yes, a booking fee is required to secure your equipment. Please note that this fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of your event.
Yes, a minimum security bond of $100 applies to all equipment hire. The bond is payable on the day of the event and will be refunded once the equipment is returned in the same condition as when it was hired.
